- Elcin Oflaz is a Living Food Chef and certified Yoga Therapist who has become passionate about Raw Culinary Cuisine. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hunter College and has been studying integrative healing and nutrition for over ten years. She was the first teacher to bring Yoga Therapy into Lennox Hill Hospital Psychiatric Unit. She has also been a facilitator and environmentalist for The Pachamama Alliance. Elcin believes strongly in the Body-Mind and Spirit philosophy. She uses a variety of healing models, such as yoga, psychology, meditation and a healthy, organic diet. Elcin Oflaz has shown a lifelong commitment towards helping people achieve their optimum mental and physical health, while remaining committed to her connection with the earth. She seeks a better world, and strives for ideals that will allow us to fulfill our potential by modifying our thought process “Be the change that you want to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi
